Spa Policy

SPA ENVIRONMENT

We encourage you to fully escape in our relaxing atmosphere, therefore cell phones must be silenced or powered off.

Spa services and facility access are available to guests 18 years of age and older. Salon and nail services are available to guests of any age however minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Access to our Spa facilities is complimentary with any spa service. Daily spa access without spa services is available for a fee.

ARRIVAL

Guests enjoying spa services, we kindly request you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Guests enjoying salon or nail services, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed.

CANCELLATION APPOINTMENT

Treatments are reserved especially for you. We kindly request at least a 2 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid a full service charge.
A 20% service fee will be added to all serives for your conveniences at the following MRI Properties: National Harbor, NYNY, Luxor, Excalibur, MGM Grand LV, and The Mirage

Room Charges - any guest planning to room charge must be the an authorized signer with their name listed on the room reservation.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION

If you are a mother-to-be, have any health concerns, or have allergies, please let us know so we may consult with you on recommended services.
